La Garitta
The structure is located just a 5-minute drive (4. 8 km) from the ferry terminal in the port of Livorno. This location is ideal for those who want to visit Pisa and Livorno.
The apartment borders a historic Medici villa from the 1600s, called "Garitta" because of its characteristic circular structure with loopholes, which remains intact in one corner of the villa. In the past, there were even 4 of them!
The free beach of Tirrenia/Calambrone (Pisa), including a section dedicated to dogs, is just a 5-minute drive from the property. Important: you need to have your own means of transportation, such as a car or motorcycle, to get around from here. The nearest bus stop is 1. 5 km away by foot.
Pets are allowed upon request, provided they are medium-small in size. There will be an additional cost of 25 euros per dog per stay, to be paid on-site. A maximum of 2 animals can be accommodated.
The apartment has a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed. If the booking is for 2 guests who want to sleep separately, please specify it to the host at the time of booking. In this case, there will be an additional charge of 10 euros for the washing of the sheets. Otherwise, the double bed will be available.
Please note that meals are not included in the accommodation. The apartment has a kitchen with an induction stove, while the other rooms only have a breakfast area with a kettle, espresso coffee machine with capsules, a 42-liter refrigerator, and a small table. Upon request and subject to availability, you can use the barbecue in the garden. In the garden, you may also encounter my cats.
In accordance with the current laws for tourist facilities, the establishment provides a range of packaged pastries, coffee, fruit juices,water, and herbal teas as a welcome gift upon your arrival. You will have the opportunity to enjoy a complimentary breakfast in your room.

Come and stay with your whole family in this peaceful accommodation. We are located between Livorno and Pisa, the perfect place to visit both cities just 10/20 minutes away! Just a few kilometers from the center of Livorno and the port, and close to the Stagno exit of the A12 highway. Only 1.5 km away, you will find Conad and Ekom supermarkets, a post office, a tobacco shop, a take-away pizzeria, and fast food. Pets are allowed upon request, with an additional fee of 20 euros per animal for the stay, subject to prior communication and acceptance. In the apartment, a maximum of 2 medium or small-sized dogs are allowed, and only one dog is allowed in the bedroom.
